Default Making sure I do it right the first time

Well guys, my oil cooler clogged the other day and caused my head gaskets to blow while I was coming home from Texas. So while it's gonna be torn apart I'm goin to go ahead and bullet proof it. I've been going through the site to make sure I do it right. Am I missing anything?
I plan on for 2006 f250:
-arp head studs
-egr delete
-oil cooler
-blue spring
-head gaskets
- SCT TS
-NEW coolant filter
-58v FICM
-turbo oil drain kit
-turbo bolt/o-ring kit
-new coolant
-new oil (rotella t6)
-revX

Looks good, has the STC fitting on the HPOP been replaced yet? if not then this is the perfect time to do it, don't worry about buying standpipes because when you get the new Ford headgaskets/the only ones you should use/ they will come with the new standpipes. Don't forget a set of intake gaskets and you are good to go

No the STC fitting has not been replaced so I'll add that and the intake gadkets to the list. Idk how to do all this on my own so it's going to a mechanic, does $8k for just the tuner, heads & gaskets, egr delete, oil cooler and 2 injectors sound too high?

Does that include machining and them supplying all parts?

He just said he refuses to machine em but that is with the cost of everything but the heads I just learned. Said he wud charge 3k for labor and that anything else that needed to be added he wudnt charge labor on, just the cost of the part. If I have to get new heads the price would go up.

you could buy every tool and every part and do it yourself and pocket the other $6000.

Just had a mechanic tell me be wud help me do it without charging me for anything and said he had the tools already! All I have to do is buy the parts and help him. I thought about doing it myself at first but I've never done anything that complicated so it's intimidating.

Thats cool, if you don't hav a lift to pull the body then you can just pull the motor, thats the way I do it, the added bonus is you can pull the oil pan to make sure it is clean
