Default icp actual higher than icp desired - P2284 & P2288

Just got through installing new d-plugs, standpipes, and stc fitting update on my 2006 6.0. This was to repair a no start when hot and extended crank when cold. After I finally removed all the air out of the oil from the repair I noticed I have a new problem now. The icp actual pressure at idle is 1050psi the desired is 570psi when hot or cold. The pcm detected the problem threw the p2284 &p2288 codes and sent the engine into default mode 870psi. Soon as default mode hits the engine idles badly, turn the key off start it back up idles perfect for five seconds then pcm detects fault again then starts idling bad again. Replaced icp, ipr with same results. There is not a whole lot of icp high problems but need some help with this one. Dutycycle at idle is 15%, the desired icp and actual do match up off idle but not at idle, truck run perfect before default hits even at 75mph. I know its long but thanks for taking the time to read.

The parts I replaced did fix the no start when hot, just trying to look at the bright side!

what is icp voltage? if icp is bad or wiring bad, the computer will use a default value like the 1050 you are seeing. If volts are not matching the pressure id say you just have a bad icp.

KOEO voltage is .25v on icp. Engine running is shown in both my pics above. One pic is at idle, rpm is on the screen too, the other is at about 2400 rpm. I just think its weird how the numbers match up off idle, but dont at idle. It didnt have this problem before I replaced all those hpos parts. It has to be something I did wrong. It idles perfect at first which leads me to believe its electrical problem. Then again I have also replaced ipr and icp with no change. So idk, wiring? This thing is kickin me square in the pants for a week!

I do not know the voltage unplugged, will have to check that when I get home. The pressure unplugged is 870 desired and actual.
