Hey Guys,

I have a 2005 f-250 6.0 with 188k miles. About a week ago I replaced 2 bad injectors after the truck was running with hardly any power at all. After starting the truck back up, it ran like new. Just yesterday I started the truck up and it sounded like it was missing a little bit but it cleared up. Ten minutes later the truck stalled pulling out of a store parking lot for the first time ever.

I ran for codes and it came up with 2 bad glow plug and P0611 (FICM). SO, on the side of the road I installed a new FICM and the code went away. We thought everything was good until it stalled again about 50 foot up the road. We replaced both fuel filters and again, stalled.

The truck has an EGR Delete
After Market Studs
Head Gasket replaced
Banks High Ram intake
2 new batteries
and Now new FICM and both fuel filters

With no codes that could lead to stalling...we are pretty much lost on what else it could be. If anyone knows what could possibly be going on...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

you need to do a high pressure oil system leak test.
