I have a 2004 6.0 with 200k miles on it and I think it is about time someone did something to it's EGR system. I was leaning more toward a delete kit because I will be taking alot of short haul trips next year when I'm in college but I hear the delete kit is not 100% reliable. Now I am leaning more on toward a Bulletproof Diesel EGR cooler.

 

if you have emission, then Bullet Proof Diesels cooler. if not get rid of it, soot is abrasive and putting it back through for another burn is not good for engine. you could do cooler with SCT tuner, then turn it off to be covered in all areas.
