P0299, P0460 Changed out Turbo,P0672, changed all the glow plugs on driver side with new wiring, still getting a P0672 code, and will not start, Ficm reading at 48 volts can it be bad still, with this reading, oil pressure gage on dash comes up a couple of seconds after cranking, changed fuel filters had some water at the plug NEED Advice

 

Do you have access to a scan tool where you can watch icp pressure while cranking?

 

only have a CP9580a actron scanner

are the injectors clicking while cranking? could be cam sensor prob if injectors are clicking.
