Default Early 04 no start help?

I've got an early 04 that will crank but no start...
Batteries tested good, no smoke, ficm tested funny? Key on starts at 30v then goes up to 48v?cranking 48v, ipr actual while the cranking was only 350psi which is too low. I still need to check low oil pressure and icp duty cycle..

Any ideas?

Yeah, do check low pressure oil and also go ahead and unplug the ICP sensor connector to eliminate a bad ICP from causing the no start, if you have good low pres. then the high pres pump is probably dead, Did it happen all of the sudden or were there signs of somthing not right for a while?

check your low pressure first, then if that is okay pull the IPR and make sure the screen is not torn or clogged, it is common for the IPR to get clogged after HPOP replacement but it usually happens sooner.

I can't remember been awhile since I've worked on a 6.0L but I do know to pull your intake sensor and check the soot and if its clogged thats a start. I know we had a ton of them come in with a blown EGR (thats an EGR sensor can't recall what it is actaully called)
