Hi i have a 2004 Ford F250 Harley Davidson Powerstroke 6.0 and it has an egr delete kit and i have to do a smog on it but it has the engine light on so how do i erase that or will it pass smog? with the light on? how do i get the smog passed? P.S im in california

 

I know in Spokane wa if the check engine light is on they tell you to bring it back when its not on, just curious is there a reason it is on because 03-04 trucks having an egr delete doesnt trigger the CEL, beside the point though find someone with a programmer to figure out why it is on and have it cleared
