Were the injectors known to be bad before the HPOP failed? For injectors the best to go with are Ford injectors, any injector you get is going to be a rebuilt unit. Ford /alliant/ redisigned the spool valves to eliminate stiction, plus they have the best warranty on them, Think Ford sells them for $230 a piece plus you have to turn in the core.
For the HPOP you can either go with the stock Ford unit, around $560 or you can go with a billet redigned pump that will last a lifetime from DIESEL SITE.com they flow alot better and make it run better but they are $1000

you probably did not 'blow' anything. Just a typical HPOP failure, which does not send any metal into system

and your injectors are probably fine. I see no way of diagnosing injectors if the HPOP has failed....

If all the injectors are weak/I doubt it/ then it is most likely a weak FICM, might think about sending it out for repair and it will last alot longer then a new one and alot less expensive.
