Default 2003 6.0 puking coolant on new oil and egr cooler

Hey fellas I'm new to bombers but my 6.0 just got a new egr and oil cooler (new cap and o-ring kit of course and fluids changed) but I'm still puking coolant. I know there's no white smoke so I'm pretty sure it's not a head gasket. Any ideas?

You may have over filled it, if I fill Big Dirty up to the MAX line, she'll puke it out until it's about 1/4" below the MIN line, never fails, after that everything is peachy, never running hot or boiling over...unless I get a wild hair up my @$$ and top it off again.

When I first went to SCT I was keeping my degas bottle at the MAX level. A few blasts with a hot tune and it puked. I refilled, it puked again. I now keep it about the MIN line, no issues.

It's well below freezing when I get off work at night and I have good heat at MIN fill level.

LOL, I was about to ask today if I should add coolant to my system since it is a bit below the minimum mark. I have my answer! This is why I read posts here

Yeah mine was probably one of the first trucks to get the new "max" line, because they wrote it on the bottle with permanent marker, the stickers weren't even available yet. I want to say the bottles got updated though...

Regardless, yes, the min line on the bottle, should always be your max fill. If it keeps puking, just try swapping the cap first too. Napa has them for like $5.
