The P0463 fuel level sensor high input is just a dirty resister card. to clean this resister card the most effective way would be, to drop your fuel tank remove the fuel level sender and you will find a white plastic cover, under that cover is the resister card, carefully remove the white plastic cover and this card will need to be cleaned off with some techron additive fuel cleaner by using a q-tip, reassemble and your good to go, if you want to hold off on the troubles of dropping the tank, you can purchase this techron additive fuel cleaner at your local auto parts store for about 6 to 10$ and fill the tank to full and drop this fuel cleaner in your tank, you might have to do this about 3 times before the resister card is clean enough to read correctly note this does not clean it as effectively but will save you alot of headaches for couple month till the check engine light pops back on and repeat the process. the P0470 just take the exhaust sensor off and clean it and that will get rid of that code.
