Sounds like high pressure oil leak possibly to me, or a FICM even.
$360 gets you AutoEnginuity with Enhanced Ford bundle and you can be diganosing this yourself without issues. Really need to see ICP actual and ICP desired, as well as IPR duty cycle. That would tell you if you have a high pressure oil leak. As the oil warms up from the truck driving, it thins out and is easier to leak out of these small leaks and causes the poor running.
Also make sure you use only Ford/Motorcraft/International fuel filters and oil filters on these trucks.
