Default Rough Riding 2003 F250

Maybe im asking to much to have a less bone jarring ride on my lifted F250 but i thought i would ask a few questions to see if i can get a little "cadillac ride" in my truck. Its a 2003 F250 crew cab long bed. 6.5 procomp lift, 37" toyos, Fox 2.0 res shocks all the way around.

Question 1: Do i need the rear sway bar still if i am not doing any towing at this time? Will it soften the ride at all in the rear, or am i going to just feel more body roll in cornering from the rear of the truck?

Question 2: My rear spring block set up is pro comp springs in a pack, a spring underneath the pack which I assume is a add a leaf to achieve more height? a over load spring above and below the pack, and a 2.5" to 3" inch block under the springs. Can the single spring, not attached to the pack be removed to achieve a little give in the ride? The spring is not the straight overload spring, no towing in the near future, i understand it will lower the rear of the truck a little, and the towing payload may drop if the spring is removed.... Arghh, the frustration level is high with the way this daily driver is ridding, ive already looked at the sulastic spring set up etc, etc... trying not to spend anymore on this truck right now. My ideas worthy of a slightly better ride without spending $ i.e (fox shock revalve)?

Thanks ahead for anyones input--(jolted by the 3/4 ton in Nor Cal)

Answer 1. The sway bar is to minimize body roll in turns, not load bearing. My truck didn't come with one.

Answer 2. I have the same springs, minus the blocks, under my truck. But I also have generic white tube shocks. I'm use to the ride, although sometimes I wonder if it has to be so rough on road. I would try softening up those shocks if re-valving them is an option.

If that doesn't work, you're left with only 3 options:
A. Buy better springs with a less aggressive spring rate. Cha-ching.
B. Re-install your OEM rear leafs with an 8" (yes 8, 6 spring+2.5 block=8.5) OUO block. Of course, I don't recommend blocks that tall without their traction bars, otherwise axle wrap is going to be huge. CHA-CHING!
C. Buy a straw and suck it up.

Yeah sounds about right what Karl said.

The overload springs aren't doing anything on a truck with no load on it anyways.
