There is no waste gate. Check your up-pipes behind the turbo. If there is no boost registering, then there is a lack of pressure pushing the turbo on the exhaust side. Check exhaust manifolds and up-pipes. Try opening the hood and having someone rev the engine, see if you can see smoke coming out from somewhere under the hood. Also, pull the intake and ensure that the turbo is spinning freely and doesn't feel loose/broken. There should be a small amount of up and down play, but no in and out play.

Turbo sounds fine, looks to be running fine, there is no play, and I cant see any smoke from anywhere other then the end of the stack. I was told that the computer has a limp mode???? is this true, could it just be in limp???

Well the turbo isn't running fine if you've got no boost on the gauge. I doubt it's limp mode, that would go away with the turn of a key.

BIG NIG may be right, check out the plastic ends on the intercooler.

BIG NIG was right, the plastic ends on the Intercooler were blown out!!! Any suggestions on where to order one from, or what kind, I was looking at the Banks Techni-cooler on xdp???? And what may have caused that to blow out, to much pressure from the turbo???

BIG NIG was right, intercooler was split, can you recommend one, I was looking at the banks tecni-cooler, on xdp????

Mishimoto makes a nice unit that's relatively cheaper, they're a site sponsor here.

Hellmann would be my choice. Their quality is unmatched. Hellmann Performance Products — Hellmann Performance – Intercoolers and Custom Fabrication – Richmond Texas

Banks is also a good option (one of the very few things I'd recommend from Banks), though I'd personally stay away from the larger tubes, but that's just my opinion. There's quite a few options actually, BD diesel has one, AFE has one, Turbonetics
