Default 03 F350 6.0l

I have a 2003 F350 lariet FX4 long wheel base crew cab 115,550 miles on it. I', running edge juice with attudie, afe stage two air intake with 4" turbo back exhaust no cat. Change the oil about two weeks ago along with fuel filters. Secondary o ring split an ha fuel spraying ever where under the hood, went an got oring an fix the problem. Now the truck while running 65mph -70mph or just getting up to speed. Every now an then more now than then it will lose power. I get off the gas and get back into she runs fine. Will tonight it didnt more than once for 30 miles. My rpm gauge would bounce from 2k rpm to 0 an back or higher. glow plug would come on and crusie control light would come. it would also act like it was shifting hard. I checked both batteries an repalced one of them driver side. fired up moved a about 50 ft an it died. started it up and she fired right up. Could it be alternator or glow plug sensor or something other on the electrical side. Just repalcedthe High pressure oil pum an oil cooler and IPR (IPR twice within 3 weeks of the first one.) Had swamp diesel rebuild FICM an new plug connectors for wiring harnes and have repalced injector #1 and #7 twices snice turning 108,000 miles bought the truck with 72,000 mile in 2008. it my daily driver. Racking my brain here, need some help.

DTCs?

Try removing the Edge and see what it does.

Generally, when on e battery is changed, the other should be, too.

Probably need to change both batteries, and check your charging system.
