05 f250 just did a complete rebuild 40 over on pistons was missing real bad at start up had an crank sensor and cam sensor error replaced crank sensor codes went away and missing ent from idle to around 2500 3000 rpm noticed the ECM was hot and could flip it over and kill the truck, replaced the ECM no longer gets hot or wont kill the truck but the bucking and jerking still there at higher rpms any thought has been at thew dealership 3 weeks now and they are still scratching there heads and ***

 

Does it do it at any speed? What about in park or neutral? What's the injection pressures reading? What's the FICM reading? New injectors or how old are they? What's fuel pressure at?
