Question 2004.25+ 6.0 Diesel No Start/No Pressure ICP

Continue on from the previous topic https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...-cylinder.html

I've replaced a new seal on the injectors of passenger side. After of all those trouble. I still can't get my truck to start. I have tried to crank for a minute straight with 2 trucks jumped on both battery. It won't start
I scanned with OBDII >>>

There is no oil pressure reading from ICP. But I do get oil pressure read on the gauge at normal pressure. The feed back from IPR sensor is normal. I pull out the ICP sensor and crank up. I see oil coming out from ICP plug. Also go for the samething at filter housing, oil is flowing out.

I have not replace a new standing pipe and dummy plug yet. Because I have checked the seals on them, no tears or cracks on them. Could that be problem? I need to replace a new dummy plug and standing pipe? Or could that be bad HPOP, STC or IPR?

Did you get a code for which injector it was, I thought you said it was #8 in the other thread but 8 is the back cylinder on drivers side.
the standpipes are supposed to be replaced when you remove the oil rails, ford does not consider them reusable once they have been seperated.
Tousley Ford has a kit with the standpipes and dummy plugs together, part number is
6E7Z-9A332-B and it used to be about $102

Oh no.. correction* is injector #7. The standpipes and dummy plugs are still in a good condition to me and I torque it 60 ft-lbs. But as you have mentioned, I will replace them.

Update* I have found the leakage after I applied air pressure test down to the ICP. And is the new injector that I bought!?! It missing oil ring and high oil pressure seals at the top that connected to the oil rail.

I tried to call the website that I bought injector from. But I think they close on sunday. Their voice mail box is full to leave a message. I just sent an email to notify them about this. Hopefully they will send me that missing parts.

Anyway I went to Lowe and buy a rubber seal from pluming section and put them on the injector. The truck is now run, but can't drive no where because the oil still flowing out from that new injector.

I actually did read through that post this morning. You have provide a useful resources and tips.

I have the injector repair seal kit, but I don't have that oil ring that connects between rubber seal and retaining clip.
Hopefully they will respond and mail me that part by this week. Also this week if I have all the parts here. I will post up pictures.

Thank you again bobfbigman
