Default P132B ?????

so im getting a code p132b all it says is turbo charger thats it truck is low on power but ive attributed that to an exhaust leak coming from the egr cooler to up pipe flange because of its area i havent tightened it up and i dont intend on doing so for a while. any ideas on what is causing this code???

also i found out why my abs light was on and my speedo wasnt working it was a fuse. however after i replaced the fuse about 5 days later it popped again any ideas on that?

The p132b is an underboost code if I remember, which makes sense if you have a leak at the up-pipe. Any particular reason you don't plan on fixing it? Truck will run poor, have worse mileage, less power and run really hot like this...

Which fuse? Have you tried cleaning the sensor on the top of the rear diff?

@mdub : I don't want to do the job because it's so much work to get everything out with out power tools I don't know if I'm half a retard or what but each time I've had to get that far into the engine like removing the turbo and intake it takes a day to get it out and another day to put it all back together. I work long hard hours the last thing I want to do is spend my whole weekend on a job that I don't wanna do in the first place u know. As far as the abs issue I replaced that sensor on the diff and it ended up being the fuse in the fuse box. Fuse 42 if I remember correctly it's a 15amp I just don't know why after a few days of drivingit popps again I did slam on the breaks at one point but that shouldn't of caused it right

Well i got mine fixed turned out the owner before me didnt have the pcm flashed with 06E17.
So my pcm was calculating egr and vgt duty cycles off a plugged up EBP sensor which i could of replaced but would haunt me down the road later. I just brought mine down to ford and they read all the updates on the pcm for free surprisingly.Only thing they charged me was for the reflash. Also found a good write up on testing your turbo for p132b if you have a scan tool.
