Default 2005 EX. 6.0

Hey all! Just bought a new to me 05 with 182K on it. Rides real nice. Was a MD. State Police vehicle its whole life so well maintained. Going in this weekend for studs/egr delete/new oil cooler/flush/clean turbo. Should be good to go then. Already got my Edge insight, waiting on my SCT. Already love this truck!

Whats going on fella's? I didn't even know this section existed... I've got a '05 excursion XLT with all the bullet proof type fixes/mods. Running an SCT with canned tunes on the original headgaskets with 170,000 miles on her. Rolllin on 305/65-17's and will get a photo posted as soon as I can figure that one out.

Just got my 05 Eddie Bauer Excursion with 75k on it little over a month ago and love it. Rides great and love the sound of the diesel. Now just need to save some $ to get some mods.

Howdy! Just bought an '04 6.0L, about 30 days ago. Loving it!

I hope the pic attached. If not, I'll keep working on it.

Default 2001 Ex

Hey, just discovered this today, looking up some info on our Excursion. Had a stall/no start condition which I believe I have narrowed it down to the IDM.

We (or mostly my better half drives) a 2001 Excursion, PSD, about 210,000 miles. Mostly stock, only mod is a superchip. We have had it for over 8 years and it has been a great vehicle, little problems with it until now. We love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Hope to have her back on the road soon after replacing the IDM-

-Bob

Time to replace oil cooler, sludge in coolant, add a coolant filter after replacing the cooler and it will live a whole lot longer.
