I put a 6.0 Trans cooler on a few days ago, a 4" exhaust as well, B code springs on the rear yesterday and a rear sway bar on today.

I'm in the market for a DP tuner or TW Chip.
How do you like the rear sway bar? Hellwig? Or another? Mine leans so much on turns I'm a little cautious about getting more confident in turns, only to roll it accidentally.

Apparently the Excursions are notorious for body roll. That was the first thing I noticed after driving mine the first week. I used a rear 30mm diameter sway bar from an F250, It works great. I changed the springs at the same time so it could be a bit of both, I don't know.

I went to a local truck wrecking yard that pulls the part for you. They charged me $75 for the sway bar, end links and brackets off one of their F250's. Only thing to look out for is not all end links are the same length, so get some for an Excursion or modify the longer ones. See this thread: Rear Sway Bar....will it fit? - Powerstroke Nation
Other than that it is a 15 minute bolt on modification. Well worth it.
