Default How to get to a coolant leak

This is my first post and as of 6 months ago my first diesel. I have an 04 Excursion with a 6.0. I have installed secondary coolant and oil filters.

I have had to add a small amount of coolant every week for about 3 months. I replaced the Degas Bottle and even replaced the new bottle's new cap with another new cap to be sure there was no pressure leak. I finally started seeiing little drips of coolant on the ground. It was so small at first it took 3 days of after work crawling and hunting with a mirror to find it. What I finally found was a leak in the hose from the degas bottle where it goes down and connects to the waterpump (I guess) The hose goes down so far into a black hole I can't see what it is attached to but it looks like it has degraded and the clamp has pinched right through it.

Can someone tell me what to do to get to this after I take the air filter out?

Thanks
