A/C Blowing Warm

A/C Blowing Warm
My Ex is blowing warm in the front. Blows about 46 degrees in the rear so the compressor is working.
I just check the Blend Door Actuator and verified it is working. When I turn the temp to 90 degrees it gets hot, down to 60 it just blows basically ambient temp.
I also check the vacuum at the Heater Control Valve. I am not sure what else to check.
Would this be a clogged orifice tube or front evaporator?
Thanks
Bryan
