My 7.3 won't start seems its not getting fuel

Default My 7.3 won't start seems its not getting fuel

Hi there I have a 00 f250 with a 7.3 it's chip and has a turbo upgrade was running fine till the other mourning it was hard to start . When it did it was like it was having trouble getti g fuel or when a cold desil dies on a cold mourning I gave it a little of the peddle and she smartened up the following day she just wouldn't start gave her a shot of starting fluid to see if shed run long enough to get the trouble codes but she don't wanna start even with a shot of juice now the hp pump filter and all regular maintenance is done so if anyone has some advice please feel free to share

Fuel pump along frame rail. Pull fuel filter from canister and have someone turn key to run. See if canister fills up. If not... its the pump.

Well i got a few questions, What is your diesel gauge reading? remove the fuel separator cap and cycle the ignition forward how fast does the fuel bowl fill? if you have a scanner do you have any stored DTC?
