upgrade Radio in a Ford?

I am looking to buy a car and have an upgraded radio system from my last car and was wondering if I could put it in this car. It is a Ford Escape 2008...Thank You

Sure, why not. I'm sure one of the aftermarket wire guys make a harness that will plug in to the factory pig tail. Remove the old, in with the new.
