i have a play 89 f250 7.3 idi with a banks sidewinder that is beat to hell that i wanna lift it the cheepest way i heard that you could add leaf springs any other ideas out their?

like just stuff blocks under the leafs and get longer u bolts

cant lift the front end cheaply. adding addaleaf or blocks to the front(which is illegal) will cause your front end to bow the tops of the tires way out. just cut the fenders open more. i clear 40's on my 86 with no lift......

nope. tires just barely rub the springs, and i never touched the stops.





but i also have solid axle.

well thats why i was going to adjust my pitman arm i got quite a bit of room left to unscrew and it your tires are rubbing you should get wheel estenchions they look sick and your tires wont rub,plus they are preaty dang cheep i got em on my chevy

and illegal in some states. pa will only allow 1/4 spacers max. also tires cant stick out past the fenders at all. and dont say fenderflairs. they can only be 3 inches over stock.
