fuel problem
Having an issue with my truck after it warms up to operating temp it loses power. Was told to check glass bowel on ip and it was clean so then tried to blow the sock of in both tanks. It seemed to help a little but still not resolved. I've replaced filter, return line kit, o rings in main return line, and lift pump. Engine doesn't use hardly any oil and only smokes a little on acceleration. Any idzzeas would help thanks

Ok well not what I was hoping for... are they pricey to rebuild or am I better off buying another one? I've seen them on ebay but kinda leary of buying it from their. Have local shop(diesel Speacialties) that I think rebuilds them. Any recommendations? Also is that a pretty definate guess or could there be something else? I also noticed on the drivers side of the ip there's a black plastic thing that connects to the throttle it has two screws that hold it in place one is slotted it was loose and im wondering if its spouse to be adjusted to a certain point or something.. kinda thinking that it has something to do with the timing of the ip or a cold idle advance... don't really know... if you could shed some light on that.. it also has a vacum port on it but no vacum line going to it.. thanks
