6.9 wont start

if no white smoke out of exhaust, no fuel to cyls.

ive had my 6.9 quit cus it wasnt getting fuel.but i checked the lift pump and it was still pumping fuel.but i changed it anyways and i havnt had anymore problems.but i also go through a lift pump every 5 months

well i put new injecter pump on today and still nothing and the lift pump was changed back in the summer when it was still running and we tryed to start it agian to nite and still no hitting i need help bad please out of ideals i need this truck running badly i fliped my toyota the other day and i need something to drive and this is all i have left

new pump installed. was it installed corectly? was the timing gear removed from the engine at all?

yes we marked it were it was at and put it back in the same spot but it is doing the same thing it was before the pump was changed

hey try putting in the two glow plugs that are bad, then try bleeding the injector lines. after that if you hit it with a little starting fluid and a lot of wd40, i bet it will start after three trys. we can joke now bud it is running. All we need now is a cummins to drop in it.

yea we can joke about it know but i would rather be 6.9 than cummin or strokin... thanks man for all the help

so it ended up being glowplgs were bad? i shoulda asked that. even juast having one bad will make it start harder.


and dont steal my saying. ....
