89 f-250 6.9 liter idleing

can anyone give me tips on how to turn up the idle on my 6.9 liter it runs alittle low like its a tractor

on the pass side of injection pump there is a screw on the linkage. in for more rpm, out for less. just like on a carb on a gasser.
