i kno how heavy a standard cab on these trucks weigh cuz wen i did a body lift on my friends 97 f350 it took 2 guys to lift just one side and i damn near droped a nut tryin to lift. what i would try is take the bed off and use a floor jack and lift up the cab and set it on jack standt and roll the frame out from under it thats rele all i can think of unless u have a big A frame with a come along or if ur feeling ballsy put a come along on a thick branch and lift it that way but i dont recomend that. .

we lifted my new one onto a trailer with 4 guys. wasn't too bad. it'd be nice to have an A frame. we have a chain fall on an a frame at school but i couldn't keep one like that here unless it was adjustable

haha i live in new york. 25 years of salty winters. those boltholes are shot. the hole bottom side of the cab is shot. you can see through parts of the floor and out the cab corners. its so bad but my new cab looks like it just came from the factory. i dont have any trees either because i live in kind of a suburban area and all my neighbors think my truck makes the neighborhood look bad
