ive got a 91 f350 automatic that i am having a hard time with. i got the truck from my dad for free and the reverse lights and the cc dont work. i checked the switch on the side of the tranny to make sure it was plugged in because it has recently been changed and thats a go. i have no power running to the sockets on either side also haha my trailer brake and lights dont engage. i dont know where to start on this any one can help?

 

Did you check the fuses?

 

yes. no problems there and i checked to make sure the controler was plugged into the tranny. i guess i just have to chase wires now.

 

as far as truck, check between the cab and box first id say, (water runs down on that section of wires, and check the plug center of your bumperwhere she splits and goes to both lights,
