Default Bad injector pump timing? starts hard and blows blue and withe smoke when cold

hey i have a 1990 F250 with a 7.3 international IDI and it starts hard when it sits overnight and blows blue and white smoke till she warms up. Wondering if it might be bad injector pump timing? i would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

I just bought it a few weeks ago and the guy I bought it from used it around a farm and told me it has 106 thousand on it but who knows if that is true it could be 206 thousand... i put an etg in it and turned up the injector pump about 2 flats and made an air intake for it and put stacks on it but it blew the blue and white smoke before I did all of that... it does is for 30 to 45 seconds or so on cold start then it seems fine

And when she fires up it runs rough till it warms up almost like its misfiring

any reputable pump shop. lookin around 500-700 for a good pump.
300-400 for good injectors. make sure injectors get pressure matched and after all done the pump gets properly timed.

where are you located? also fill out all your info in your sig so we know what u got.
