Vin M to Vin K

Vin M to Vin K
Have an early year 1994 Non-Turbo regular cab F250 4X4 base model that is tired with a bad transmission I was going to work on this winter but I found and bought a strong running pre-Powerstroke (Vin. code K) out of a 1994 F250 that was scrapped. Price was right and I know the previous owner, shame he scrapped the truck tho. Anyway, question is: what headaches and misc. parts will I need to do a swap out? The new engine already has an aftermarket less restrictive downpipe and my truck was body lifted 2" by a previous owner so clearance shouldn't be a problem. We are good at fabricating so no worries there, mostly thinking of wiring issues. Thanks in advance.

Thanks DC. Pulled out the natural and old E4OD last night and picked up the "new" idi-turbo/trans this morn after chores. Boys at the scrap yard did a nice job and didn't cut any wires or mangle anything with the wheel loader (unusual) so slipped em a few extra bucks off the cards. Looks like everything will slide right in and plug up. Sent the misses out to get a boost/pyro gauge set and an intercooler along with filters and other misc. hardware so will probably start on it tonight, doubt will get it done this week tho.
Not looking for "big power" (got a 98' PSD if wanted to get into that) rather reliability so anything else anyone can think of I'd appreciate the input.

Follow up.
I split the engine transmission the other day and put the transmission/transfer case in that night without a hitch and put the engine in last night. Had a dickens of a time with the mounts -no help- but I got 'er after a while. She starts right up and shifts smooth. Got farm plates on it so I'll deal with the exhaust pipe another day as I merely welded a piece of straight on it for now, sounds "cool" but I'd rather hear myself think. With luck should get a few more years service out of the truck.
Thanks for the advice.
