I didnt do the test, But i let her idle till running temp and the smoke almost vanished it was much more steady now with alot less smoke.
my problem is i live in town and i can really take it on the road being that itas not insured or inspected yet i bet if i take it out and beat on it it will clear up

When your romping on it you are having more injection events which will help consume most of the fuel being dumped in resulting in less smoke. You wouldn't be the first person to get a bad injector from the box, espescially if you bought them from a company that builds, boxes, and ships. They just assume they will work since they are new.
Avoid the G code injectors, they are the factory turbo injectors but they are a smog injector as well, nobody wants G codes.
