Won't crank over.
Hey guys here's a good one. Wed. moring I filled up to go to work. Got in the truck and tried to start and cranked like battiers were dead. Called a buddy for a jump and we couldn't get it started. I parked the truck in parking lot and went to work. I came back 12 hours later with wifes car and hooked up cables to it and jumped. Started fine. Drove it around for 30min to let the battiers charge. Shut it off when got home and started it 1 min later, tried it again and cranked like battiers were dead. Both battiers, alternator, voit regulator, battiery cables are all new within 6 months. Today I tried to jump again and now starter is fried. Went and got a new not rebuilt started and now the starter won't even spin the motor over. I figured the battiery's were low so I pulled them and put the battierys out my other truck and same deal. The started engauges but will not spin the motor. I can spin the motor from the fly wheel and the crank bolt but the starter will not do it. WTF! The truck is a 90 F350 crew cab long bed 4x4. Any idea's would be helpful, cause I'm out of them. Thanks

Yes the cables are new. One piece positive cable. It's about an Inch thick. I replace the solinoid on the fender today. I forgot to list that. I have 1 gound cable from each batt. to the block and then 1 ground cable from each batt to the body, and then 1 ground from the block to the frame. I cleaned each one off today thinking that maybe a problem. I forgot to list that the truck is an auto with a banks wastegated turbo. Shouldn't matter but you never know.

I've checked all my parts on my 88 F250 and everything works fine. I'm getting into tearing the motor down to see if something is bent, jammed, or just flat out F'd up. I can't figure any other solution. The tranny is a built E4OD. I've tried in nuetral and park and same result. I've tested the voltage at both the batt's and the starter, while tring to crank and key off. Everything thing comes back the same.

Ok get this. All day while testing starting issue's and electrical problems my batt's where at about 12.3 volts. This morning I threw both of them on the charger/ deep cycle and got the volts just about to 14. I put everything back together and the damn thing started like nothing ever happened. I just the voltage needs to higher so the started will spin the motor. Thanks for the help.
