I have 91 f350 with 7.3 international non turbo motor. my motor has a bent rod due to trying to pull start one day.one of the cylinders loaded up with fuel,i am in the process of pulling the motor out and apart to replace rod piston and rings that is my only damage, however i would like to go turbo without electronics using my current totall mechanical system is there a way for me to do this should i change pistons .can my mechanical fuel pump be turned up to accomodate turbo and what about injectors what do you think

Welcome to DB. You can go with a turbo with no electronic's Hypermax and Ats makes a good kit hypermax is cheaper if yor on a budget. And you can turn your pump up https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-8...cal-motor.html

Thats the beauty of these motors, no electronics to deal with. You just bolt the turbo on, turn the pump up a bit to compensate for the increased airflow and drive.
