20 pounds, you would most likely be best off to put the hypermax as your high pressure, as it falls on it's face after 10-15 pounds differential pressure... but if you take a 7.3 PSD turbo IIRC you can get 20-30psi (single turbo) before it starts super heating the air. (for compounds you want a big turbo feeding a small turbo) I do remember someone on oilburners.net got around 18 and low egt with a PSD takeoff and a banks sidewinder (I think) he figured that the small waste gated turbo was bottle necking the system.

RJJP you the man! You finally answered the question I've been trying to find out. I'm buyin a new hypermax turbo when my gas rig is sold. And I'm going to run dual intercoolers one for turbo one for radiator. So it will be real cool both ways. So thank you alot for this help!

ya whats the lowest you can go cause I do love the knock the high comp.. gives ya. You think I can still run close to the 20's in comp and around 18 psi? just throwin some trash in the middle of the road...

One guy that I know of that runs close to 20psi, dropped his compression by shaving .030 off the top of the pistons. I'm not sure how much that dropped the compression though.

those pistions i showed in them pics were from an engine running 18-1 ratio. didnt like to start at anything below 50 degrees. but to run that high boost, it will need to be lower then 20.
