85 rear tank not working

Default 85 rear tank not working
85 6.niner 250 dual tank reading empty ( ITS FULL ) it used to work. truck runs good When i change to rear tank she starts to run out after a few miles

Gauge end: bad tank module, ground issue, or selector valve.

Fuel issue: selector valve, rotted fuel lines, tank module.
