My 94 IDI 7.3 does real good on power in the flats... But cant push over 40 on a 10 % grade.
I have changed the fuel filter and cleaned out the K & N filter... My next thought was injectors which i have never replaced but truck has 294450 miles on it and doesn't smoke.
What could it be ?

Just a K &N air filter and and a hypermax air inductor.
All stock after that.

 

OK, Need to open up that exhaust a bunch, they are restrictive right from the start ...

I would say after the turbo .. if you can go 4" .. go for it ..

 

Yes that is my next move... But i also noticed it revs up to almost 3000 rpm before it shifts.... E4OD with no limp mode nd no flashing light. This is something fairly new going on.... Throttle Position Sensor ?

 

could be a tps or the tv tylp cabe is out of adjustment ..
