Default Speedometer problem

I replaced the sensor in rear axel and this didn't work, all my gauges work fine. My book shows a sensor in dash behind speedo that can be adjusted. Has anyone ever done this, could there be a thread here that tells about this?

Thanks

go to the passenger side in the cab, pull out the glovebox, should be a control module, unplug it, then see if it's better. see this problem all to often

Sorry about that, Is the speedometer bouncing around? If so at what speeds does it do it, Mine started at 20mph and was steady until there

What kind of transmission does it have?

The cruise control module should still be vacuum operated, with the engine running, can you pull off the hose going into it and tell if there's vacuum?

The book shows vacuum to Cuervo and brake pedal but no vacuum line on either and not even a port for one, strange must be electronic

Not even a vacuum can
