Another starting issue

So the truck sat for a few hours while I recharged the batteries, Since I drink and trying to start, wiggled the wires check for any loose wires going to the injection pump solenoid. Nothing same out of the ordinary did start to get a click from the rear wire on the injection pump will cut off and took fired up. Does anyone know where the fires go to the fuel shut off?

It should feet into a wire on the passenger side head that is a fusible link, but it also supplies power to the fast idle, so if that kicks on, then it looks like it's the solenoid itself. And to replace that you will have to take off the top cover of the pump. Which is a risk, if you don't get it to seat properly you will get a runaway and the engine will run till it dies, and this will happen a lot easier than you think, which is why I don't do it myself.

Yea I know about runnaways, watched a few on YouTube, and I'll never forget being at UTI in AZ doing tune ups on detroit's and holding one rail full open when the instructor hit the start button, he about but the floor because he thought it was a run away. Then a second later he saw my hand and called me an SOB and laughed. Anyways, so I'd better just save up for a pump and injectors, because I've never had a problem with the fast idle, so the harness should be ok. The nut on the back wire was lose, but I tightened that before today's problem, so I doubt that's all it was.

Ok, this morning did my usual routine. Took kids to school came home, shut truck down for about 15 minutes I'm back out, went to start, it fire then she tried to die I pump the throttle and she stumbled and stayed running. Injection pump is probably having a problem
