Anything insight would be appreciated, on the bright side she's never gotten stuck, only stranded (on E)

LOL... driver error on that one .....

i have been running the Accel wires, E3 plugs, with an Acell super coil ... my chev picked up a ( SOP ) easliy 30 HP .... and I picked up at least 1.5 Mpg as well .....

Might think about runing some synthetic oil in it ... unless it pukes oil ... i just run the Car Quest Synthetic ... works great ... and its cheep...

Keep posted ..

Side note ... check your timing chain .... mine was a bit on the slack and i found that it ran awesome once i realized that was the issue from beginning ... and make sure its set a tad adv.... fords love timing and a good carb ... have a Doubble pumper for sale ... square bore Elec. choke Vac secondarys .... its nice.. Quick fuel Technologys 650 ... PM if interested ... also have a Air gap intske for SBC

Hey now, I love that sound it makes when I slam on the go pedal

I keep to the cheap side of oil since she leaks like someone who drank too many beers

And as far as a carb, it's EFI, It's all stock from 95 except a cold air intake and a new ignition rotor since it looks like mine had been eating rocks lmao

new O2 sensors and some Mass Air Flow cleaner can do woners for this issue ... put in a set of E3's .. you'll love the power increase ... I also run RedLIne Complete fuel system cleaner .... runs great ... i run about 1/4 bottle to a tank

Default mpg

I just did a tank removal to find a source of poor fuel delivery, which I found, so in the last 3 days I traveled 160 miles on 6 gallons of fuel
that is 26.6 mpg with my dually.
I am happy she is up to that mileage again finally, tells me engine is happy.
