do you use any fuel additive? That's my problem, everything in the systems are running correctly, but If I run just straight from the pump, doesn't matter if I just shut it off and 15 seconds later I need to run it, It won't start. I have to run some type of additive so much truck can burn it.

Air in fuel , if u have the fuel bowl at bottom of filter, change it out for a wix , use this number at a cross reference , BF1222 baldwin # ....
I had these same issues, I also havedone away withthe mechanical pump and gone to an electric fuel pump...
Your sucking air past the o ring. Now with a push type fuel pump, all you will see is a fuel leak, also check the actual return line Its self for leaks, as this will lower the fuel pressure and make the pulses from IP Weak .. keep posted..
