I just checked my glow plugs CHAMPIONS, and on the test light they checked good, but i could wiggle the wire on three of them and the top of the plug is loose? Vibration is my only guess. anyway to fix this or just get new ZD9's?

how long do the black controller boxes last for? I'm gonna get a relay and glow plugs, how hard is it to make a new harness for the glow plugs?

 

Never made or heard of someone making a harness. Why do you need a new one?

My wires are getting loose on the plugs and i had one snap off soldered it back but im concerned the harness wont hold up another 22 years
