Default My new toy... 12 Laramie Longhorn Crewcab dually

Just picked up a 12 longhorn CC dually in deep cherry/slate russet truck this morning. Drive it back home (abt 150 miles) and I'm in love with it!!! One thing I'm not too excited about is the gas mileage... I drove very nicely and I ended with about 14.2mpg.

One more thing, are there anything specific you guys suggest in breaking in the motor besides what is stated in the owners manual?

Thank you for all of your feedback/assistance in advance.

Making certain exhaust parts fall off so she can breath.

Did you get a manual or automatic. Also, what's the gear ratio: 4.10 or 3.73?

I was hoping to keep the warranty in place as this is my first Diesel and I'm in a learning phase. Don't want to make any mods that void the warranty. I see that removing the EGR results in head gasket issues... I need to read more!!

I got an automatic since it will be used for long trips with my Supra on the trailer. It's got the 4.10 axle ratio.... Max tow package was a must when I was looking for this truck.

Mileage won't be too great on account of the 4.10 gears, and it's a 3500 DRW.
