Anybody out there ever installed these things. I'm gettin ready to try it this weekend as long as the weather holds out and think I can muddle my way through. But any hints or tips sure would be aprreciated.

thanks. i gotta wait till i get home. web filter at work is blocking due to "malicious content". unbelievable!!

i'll give my .02 on what i think they'll be like to do.

I need to find somebody that is replacing some of these joints. You have to grind out the cone shaped bolt from the original joints and re-use it in the new link and a couple of mine are in bad shape. I'm hopin to find somebody that can pull some out of a scrap dumpster and send em to me. I'd hate to have to buy new joints just to trash em out for a bolt.

Still lookin for any info on these if anybody knows anything about em. These were the hottest thing on the market a few years back and now they seemed to have died, what does everybody else know that I don't. About the Lukes Links that is.

I was all set to buy one...then started reading mixed reviews about the product. I read a few posts that said the link can hit the diff housing and things like that...so I kiaboshed my order. So, I dunno if its good or not.

ha i was just reading their install instructions. they mentioned that issue in there. they said to smack the cover with a hammer to get the clearance. not really a fan of this method......

for the price of the link and a few bucks more you can get a lifetime replacement trac bar from Advanced auto
