Rear wheel bearing adjustment 93 D350?

I'm replacing shoes and wheel cylinders and need the rear wheel bearing adjustment for my 93 D350. Also, HOW the heck do you reataach the e-brake cable to the actuating arm??? That little aluminum collar is driving me nuts!
