11K seems a little steep but not outrageous. When you test drive it hit every bump possible to see if there are any front end clunks. Also make sure to lay into the throttle to see if the trans slips at all.

Do the key check to see if the VP44 death code comes up. Turn the key to the on position and back to the off position 3 times. Then the codes will pop up where the odometer is. P0216 is the VP44 death code

Check for any rot/rust on the bottoms of the doors too! They are notorious for rotting through there

If it's 4wd Check the track bar steering box play, & the above mentioned items, bottom of tailgate rot, driver seat wear, vacum pump o-ring leak 11,000 some what high for year& mileage, everyone here on the same page

if it is a 01 it will have the the lift pump on the block
