Any opions on a spool flange for turning the big wheels? considering a big single with one if they work good enough

Never tried on personally but had saw SDX's setup in person and on their test/shop truck. Def worked for them, way easier and quicker to spool. Took a shot of nitrous previously.

any idea on what it took to set it all up? as far as time wise to get it right. and the flap i know covers up half the flow, any clues on if it matters if the turbo is divided or not, and what side the flap is on?
