Default Best year for cummins

Hey fellas I'd like to get another truck here soon and start making it into a street legal monster, tired of all the little import drivers pullin up to the light like they're tough. What year should I go for, and what mods should I start looking into?

That depends on your funds! I would go with an 04.5-06 and throw some injectors and twins on it and then you might need some trans. upgrades!

Stay away from the 05......has plastic intercooler caps which tend to fail. Other than that, you will get a lot of opinions depending on what year the person owns.
