They're available as the 6B, technically a normally-aspirated engine, as brand new assemblies.
The Recon (remanufactured) engines can be had turbocharged with air/water aftercooler piping and typical marine hookups....easily converted to air/air.
You can get a 6BT/BTA long block as well.

4B, 4BT, 4BTA, 6B, 6BT, 6BTA, 6C, 6CT, 6CTA, marine, light industrial, ag, pickup....Cummins Northwest has them all.
