So did they get professional training on how to turn a wrench or how to correctly perfom Ram truck suspension upgrades, including all the required parts to do it properly?

Because if all they did was install pucks, they took your labor money in exchange for a truck with tires too big for the wheels and a front end ready to start doing the death wobble dance as soon as the joints and bushings get worn out enough, which won't be too long from now at this point.

reusing stock shocks with a leveling kit wont mess anything up,you should take it to another shop and have the alignment checked

Default Leveling Done Right

I've said this before in several other threads, and I'll continue saying it here again, just for the record: A correctly done leveling kit with either springs or pucks involves at a minimum:
1) Control arm eccentrics full forward.
2) Adjustable track bar ~1" longer to center the axle
With big tires you are also going to want:
3) Steering brace
4) New or better stabilizer
And to do it all right for best results:
5) New 1/2" longer control arms
6) Longer shocks
7) Longer sway bar end links
8) Drop pitman
And don't forget to install new ball joints and tie rods in case you've already been driving it with just pucks for too long.

I've got mostly Thuren parts for my '07 because I believe he makes some top quality stuff. But you really won't go wrong with most any, Kore, Carli, or even the cheaper brands as long as it includes all the necessary parts and is installed and set up correctly.
